Recharge Your bsnl sim woth any 2G Pack ..
use following setting in your bsnl 2g data sim
APN = bsnllive connect with this apn and then go to mozilla firefox
tools>option>advance>network>setting
then change proxy to manual and add 10.220.67.131 port 80
than connect google.com
my speed is 150KBPS in 3G mode (downloading)
450-500 KBPS in browsing .. :)
